Refund Policy

A. The number of Blocks is estimated and more can always be purchased. Once a session begins. the Block is considered to be consumed.

B. If the participants begin a Block and complete their task before the expiration of the Block, a refund is not provided. There are not partial refunds for consumed Blocks.

C. Only unconsumed time Blocks will be refunded to each party.

D. Refunds to the parties will be provided within 10 days.

E. Refunds will not be provided to non-participants. Refunds will be mailed to the mailing address on file for each participant.

F. If the session starts and a technical issue prevents the completion of a Block, such as the failure of the internet on an online mediation, then the Mediator will evaluate when a new meeting can be setup and other situational aspects which may or may not include a credit for a future session.

For example: 4.0 Blocks are purchased. The mediation is completed in 2.5 Blocks. Since the third Block was consumed, the 0.5 Block is not refundable. The full 3.0 Blocks (2.5+0.5) are considered consumed, and 1.0 Block (4-3) is refundable.

No Warranties Express or Implied

It is assumed within the mediation process that all parties agree to operate in good faith and with full dedication to achieving the outcome of the Agreement.

However, participants can also change their minds, and they may leave the session early or before the completion of the Master Mediation Agreement.

The mediation process is not binding upon the mediator or the participants. The process is only binding upon signing the Master Mediation Agreement at the end of the process.

Due to the highly variable nature of the mediation process, along with the potential inherent emotionality, a specific outcome for any party cannot be guaranteed.

Therefore, no warranties, express or implied, are conveyed for a certain outcome during the mediation process.
